These terms cover your use of Hertz Sync, made by Vykra. By installing or using it you agree to them.

License

• The free version may be used by anyone, for personal or commercial music production, at no cost.
• A Pro license is for one person. It unlocks Pro on up to 3 of your own computers at a time.
• You may not share, resell or publish license keys, or modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.

Your sounds

Hertz Sync does not claim any rights to your samples or music. Using it does not change the license terms of the sample packs you own.

Updates

Pro includes every 1.x update. A future major version (2.0) may be offered as a paid upgrade; your 1.x version keeps working.

Your files

Hertz Sync only changes files on disk when you ask it to (sorting, moving or cleaning up duplicates), shows a preview first, never overwrites existing files, and lets you undo. Even so, keep backups of anything you can't replace.

No warranty

Hertz Sync is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Vykra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for more than the amount you paid for Pro.

Third-party components

Hertz Sync includes open-source components, among them the CLAP audio model (Apache License 2.0) and ONNX Runtime (MIT License). Their licenses are included with the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
