Refund policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Hertz Sync is free to download and use, so you can try it with your own sample library for as long as you like before buying Pro.

7-day refund

If Pro isn't right for you, reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt email within 7 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. No reason needed. Your license key stops working once the refund goes through; the free version keeps working as before.

After 7 days, purchases are final, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

If something doesn't work

If Pro doesn't activate or a feature doesn't work as described, reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt email. We'll help you fix it, free a seat for a new computer, or sort it out with you.
